A Picture A Day

During the weekends, I was cleaning up my cardboard. While cleaning up I came across an old picture. When I saw the picture the first thing that popped in my head was that they were just beads nothing special about them. But when I looked closer I released they weren’t all the same. Some were different colored and some were slightly deformed.

I felt the beads reminded me of people. Similar to the beads in the picture, l feel that no one is the same as another person. People are classified when there is a common quality or characteristic. For example, when people take a personality test, they are categorized by counting the option that they chose a lot. I personally don’t think you can classify anyone in that manner. Hence, I find it wrong to do so. I don’t like it when someone tells me that I am like that person they met the other day. There was once a friend of mine told me that I looked like her classmate; the thing that upset me the most was when I found out how much of a rowdy-like character the girl I was associated with had. I don’t think anyone likes being a carbon copy of another person, even if he or she is well-known. Referring back to the picture, I think everyone being unique, therefore makes us the ‘same’.
