Lesson 5, Mind Mapping

Example for mind mapping

A mind map is a diagram used to visually organize information. A mind map is often created around a single concept. Major ideas are connected directly to the central concept, and other ideas branch out from those; these ideas are represented by images and words.

I think everyone uses mind mapping in their lifes as it can be used for any situation. For example, planning on a project. I think mind mapping in a group is great practice as it will allow us be more open to ideas and concepts.

Chapter on how matter changes states
I have been using the skill of mind mapping since I was primary 3. I am the type of person who has to use picture and take down notes to memorize anything; so mind mapping really helped me. In school, mind mapping was one of the first skills that were thought; unlike some subjects or skills that we learn I think mind mapping on the other hand will be extremely helpful in the future.
