Project Dreamcatcher 2015 :Take Me Places

REFLECTION

Project dreamcatcher 2015: take me places was really a breathtaking experience for me. Before the exhibition was open, the people in charge had a short presentation. While the presentation was going on, I got emotional as the participants kept saying how they couldn’t express themselves. I understood how they felt; as an introvert myself I have a hard time expressing myself. Therefore, by showing their thoughts emotion and struggles through art, I was glad and relieved that I have had found a more comfortable way to speak. 



All the pieces that were made and displayed were beautiful, but the one that stood out a lot was ‘Through you, I Rediscover me’. The way the words were interpreted were rather unique to me. Therefore, I really enjoyed see it. 

The one thing that i would change about the exhibition would be space. I thought the space was small, but maybe it was because it was crowded. 

I was really lucky to be able to share my experience with my older sister, who I hope has a better appreciations for art. I would really recommend everyone I know to visit the exhibition. Therefore, my sister and I have decided to go back to the exhibition on another day with more friends and members.
